Vanesa is very compassionate, understanding, and a good listener. She made me feel like I was the only patient she had. She made me feel comfortable, secure, and safe. I thank God she crossed my path. I felt all of her positive energy and began to feel better.

Vanesa has taken care of my patients over several years. I am nominating her for several reasons: 1) She is always pleasant, no matter when I approach her, no matter what time of day or night. She has a relaxed demeanor and is always smiling. 2) She meets me at the patient's bedside and goes over every detail of the care plan for the patients. She does it from memory. I have yet to see her pull out any kind of list. 3) My patients adore her. They are confident that their needs will be addressed if she is assigned to them. They always have a good rapport with her. She does her job as an RN to the highest level of excellence, and then some.
