Jessica was recognized by twelve ICU caregivers for her extraordinary efforts as the ICU nurse manager. She always puts Patient's First and has a high level of respect and regard for her employees. Jessica is described as a very compassionate leader and deserves to be recognized for her ability to manage the ICU effectively, and for also being willing to be a bedside caregiver when needed. Jessica has been observed helping in countless critical situations. She has effectively led continuous improvement projects and has improved patient outcomes in the ICU. Jessica goes beyond the expectations of her job by personally addressing issues brought to her and fully supporting the nurses she manages. Her ability as a manager is amazing and an inspiration to us all.
