Crystal has such an uplifting and caring attitude. You can tell how much she loves her job. After delivering our daughter, she was my night nurse. Early in the morning, I was struggling a bit to get my daughter to breastfeed and she came over to see if she could help. She noticed our daughter was grunting and didn't like the way she was breathing. She immediately took action and had her taken to the nursery for observation. Our daughter was subsequently admitted to the NICU with a left lung pneumothorax that needed treatment. Without Crystal's knowledge and quick action, our daughter may not have gotten the treatment she needed.
