Kaiti went out of her way to make my husband feel comfortable. She cut his hair even though that's not her job. She also introduced him to the slide board that is a very important tool for him. Kaiti even painted his favorite logos on it. Kaiti also arranged for her friends to install a wheelchair ramp at our home for nothing. She just asked us to pay it forward.
Kaiti is very caring, friendly, and concerned about her patients. I hope if anyone I love has the misfortune of staying in the hospital, they get someone just like her (if not her). I personally want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for answering all my questions and finding the answers if she didn't know them. All the nurses and staff were great, but Kaiti went above and beyond. I will always appreciate her for getting not only my husband, but me and my family through a tough time.
