My mother has been in your hospital for the past week with ovarian cancer and now pneumonia. It is a very difficult time for her and our family. The experience at TMMC has really been as good as it gets in this type of situation. My mother in law and father in law have also been ill for the last 2 years and we have spent a lot of time in other institutions. None of those experiences have been like the one here.
Everybody we have met here has been great but there is one nurse that stood out above the rest, Natalie. She exemplifies everything a great nurse should be. Her organizational skills, communication, and compassion have been extraordinary. We were honored to have her be my mom's nurse because of her exceptional skills. Some people are meant to be something in life, and she was definitely supposed to be a nurse. Her compassion really touched our hearts. You are very lucky to have Natalie be part of your team.
