When I first met Ruben he was finishing changing her linens and her gown. She had a big smile on her face and was excited for me to meet him. I stayed with my mom all day and I can say I have never seen a nurse who was so attentive to a patient like Ruben was with my mother. He made her and I feel like that she was his own grandmother he was taking care of. When he came in to do something he would take the time to explain everything to her. If I had a question he was very informative with his answers. My mom was extremely happy that he was her nurse and couldn't wait to introduce him to whoever came in to visit her. You truly have a very caring, professional and competent nurse on your staff. I appreciate him making her feel comfortable during her stay.
