I had an encounter with Jen during a very difficult time for my family. She is a phenomenal nurse who treated my nephew and family with respect, compassion, and open communication. I know in my heart that she treats all her patients this way as it is something that is inside of you as a person. I have never felt so much gratitude for a nurse and I know she has touched so many more lives the same way. Thank you, Jennifer, from the bottom of my heart.
