A patient's family member mentioned to me how much they appreciated the kind, compassionate care that Scott provided to their loved one, as well as how he made sure to keep the family informed on the patient's condition. This was one of many encounters I've had with patients and family members who share their praise for Scott. He is an exceptional nurse and he deserves to be recognized.
