Laura, I really appreciate all you do in 5 Center. I appreciate who you are and the incredibly meaningful difference you make in the lives of our patients and your team. When you are at work I can't find you because you are always in the patients' rooms talking to them, listening to their concerns or caring for them. You always have a smile, you take care of their problems and needs and you do it with love and compassion. One of our patients diagnosed with cancer told me you reminded him of his mother the way you took care of him and his wife and explained the treatment to them. You have so much patience and the time you spent with them explaining about his condition gave him and his wife strength and courage to go through chemo and look for the future with a positive attitude. Your team loves you because you are always there for them.
