Where to begin, Lexi was phenomenal! Me and my wife, J, were at OSF for 11 days. For the first 5 days, we were scared out of our minds for our daughter. We weren't sure what was going on with her or what would happen. The ONLY thing that kept us sane and calm was Lexi. She was so sweet and kind. She made us feel better each and every night and always reassured us that everything would be fine. Lexi even made our daughter, who she called Love Bug, a headband for her scalp IV. Because of Lexi's personable personality and attitude, she shared stories with us of her own experiences and home life. After our first night with her, she identified that we co-sleep with Brynlee and got my wife a full size bed so she could sleep comfortably with our daughter. We can't say enough good things about Lexi. She truly made a nightmare experience bearable for us and we couldn't ever be more grateful.
