I had a double mastectomy this past week and one nurse that stood out in my mind from my stay at THOCC was Alexis Martowski.
Alexis was my nurse both nights I was there. She was just so responsive and kind; she made me feel like her priority. She was able to help answer questions, offer advice and obliged my requests and desires. Having such an amazing overnight nurse helped keep my spirits high while my family was not around. Her caring smiling made a world of difference.
