I had been going through a pretty terrible drawn-out miscarriage and had tried to keep a positive outlook and attitude. Jonelle shared her personal experience and really made me feel not alone and took extra time to keep me company and just talk.
Jonelle also went above and beyond and when I had been having trouble placing pads in underwear to control bleeding; she literally got gloves on and proceeded to align it properly so that it was effective.
