My father was taken to the Proctor ER. He was in a lot of pain and was very confused. This nurse, Kelsey, was so kind, patient, and understanding. He tried to talk, and she was able to decipher his needs. He tried to be funny and she'd joke right with him. She made him feel very comfortable and at ease. Not only was she there for him but she was a comfort to me; she made me feel like I was never in the way. She answered all my questions. I was the only one of his 5 kids that could be there and she helped me to explain to my siblings what was happening with our dad.
