Silvia's smile lit up my room every time she visited me. I always admired her professional appearance and for being knowledgeable about my case. I was also grateful for her attentiveness, loving demeanor, passion, and caring attitude. She addressed my health issues in a timely manner and made sure that I understood what was going on in regards to my care and discharge plan. When things were held up with my doctor and discharge, she kept me updated and always tried to keep me and my baby calm. As this is was my first baby, the time she spent listening to me and providing guidance on my situation was very meaningful and reassuring, and I was so grateful to have her as my nurse. As a new, single, college-bound mother, she has made an impact on my life and I cannot thank her enough for all the care that she provided to me, including the baby gift that I received from her.
