My husband is not an easy patient, but Erin had him "eating out of her hand." Her professional, knowledgeable, and personable approach instills confidence and relief in my husband and how he feels about his care. She's the perfect mix of no-nonsense, vast knowledge and an "I am here for you, approach." Intuitively balanced with just the right amount of humor. Amazing! She really has a "gift" and we feel blessed to have been in her care.

My dad was here for 1½ weeks. He was diagnosed with lung cancer. Erin gave compassionate care, love and time to my dad. When he pressed his call button, she was there. Information given to us and dad, she did in a timely manner. I can say she treated my dad with the upmost respect, treated dad with affection he needed it.
