I have often in the past ten years, needed to be with an ailing family member in a hospital in Los Angeles and now Santa Monica. Jacob is by far the most outstanding nurse on a floor with patients in their assigned rooms. He went above and beyond his duties, always getting back to the family regarding our injuries in a very timely manner. He was gentle with my 95-year-old mother, making her feel relaxed and at ease, even when he needed to take her blood pressure, give medication, etc. It was not an easy time for the family, but from the first encounters with him, I felt confident knowing my mother was in his care.
