Ronson went above and beyond from the first moment he walked into our room. We were anxious and uncertain about what was going on and he made us feel comfortable immediately. He answered our questions thoroughly, providing detailed explanations. He could not have been more attentive, almost anticipating our needs before we even made a request.
My husband's diagnosis was c. diff and that makes for some serious cleanup jobs. Ronson did every job with a smile on his face. He never once made us feel uncomfortable or embarrassed when he was tending to all that comes with c.diff. He was friendly, courteous, and did what he said he was going to do.
The ER that night was crazy busy, and we honestly felt like we were Ronson's only room. He was that good. He was calm, prompt, and present when we needed him. He showed genuine care and concern and we are so grateful for his service. Ronson is an outstanding nurse. It was obvious nursing is much more than just a job to him. We experienced incredible care during the 4 days we were in the hospital, but Ronson stands out among his excellent peers.
