Crystal was my mother's nurse when she was admitted to the hospital. Right away Crystal greeted us with a big smile and introduced herself. She was so patient, kind, and respectful. Crystal made this transition for my mother great. She joked around, laughed with us, and this made my mother feel more comfortable. Any questions or concerns we had she answered them all explaining in detail, not rushing. Crystal went over and beyond when my mother was hungry and there was nothing on the unit because it was after midnight. Crystal went and purchased my mom a sandwich out of her own money which didn't have to do. Crystal went over and beyond to make sure she displayed great nursing care to my mother. I was very impressed to learn that she has only been a nurse for a year as she demonstrated her nursing skills as if she had been a nurse for many years!
