Veronica is a sweet, gentle, and caring individual. She made my daughter's stay so much easier. The one thing that melted my heart was when my daughter told me that Veronica held her hand and rubbed her back until she fell asleep. The most caring and sweetest of gestures took place while I was in the room and sleeping right next to my daughter's bed.
For the next 2 nights, Veronica came back right at bedtime to have a "sleepover" with my daughter. They hung out, colored together, and just chatted together. She made a friend with my daughter who actually cried when Veronica came to say goodbye before her day off. We love her for so much more than being her nurse!
