When I first was helicoptered to Albany Med with a broken spine injury, I was petrified and in severe pain. I have several other major health issues, which made my anxieties worse. Imagine how I felt, I was put in an ED unit at first with inadequate care for my acute injury and was transferred to the C5 acute unit, where RoseMary Murray became one of my nurses.
RoseMary is truly like Florence Nightingale. Rosemary can calm you when you feel like you are losing it, ease your pain by helping you center yourself, cheer you with her laughter and hysterical jokes, and even pray with you if you are so sad and need a quick prayer. I have been in the hospital too many times in my life to care to count. I am also a retired nurse. I have never had a nurse as devoted, caring, and meticulous to my salubriousness as my family would.
