Tanailly was by far the best nurse I've ever dealt with. Not only did she do her job, but she made that connection everyone wants to feel in their time of need. She was a complete stranger to me and my family but she managed to get on a level of comfort with us and made us feel safe. She helped us by reassuring us our family member was in the best hands to be taken care of. It was like speaking to an older sister rather than just speaking to my mom's nurse.
There are no words to express my family's appreciation for all Tanailly has done. If I could choose which nurse I could get every time I come to the hospital it would be her! So far it's only been one of her shifts that she helped us, but it was the most help and comfort all from one person, it was just great. She was great, normally people won't make that connection with the family especially if they don't know them, but I'm so glad she did. Never felt more family connection from a nurse before her. I'm glad I was able to have such a great nurse for my mom in her time of need.
