I could confidently say that Nurse Julius' quality of service has been truly remarkable and exceptional. Julius has been going far beyond his call of duties as a wound nurse. Living with a non-healing wound in the feet can really be a problem and depressing but with Julius' care, I feel like I am back at my feet. He immediately put me at ease by explaining everything about my wound and my condition. I never felt like I was a burden, but instead somebody whom he wanted to help and see to heal. As a patient, knowing that someone really cares and is ready to help makes a big difference. He cares about how I am feeling and asks me if I am having issues and seeks advice from other professionals if needed. I feel all my needs are being addressed and I am in good hands. His gentle and genuine way of caring, in addition to his exceptional skills in wound care, made my appointments an extremely positive experience.
