Ms. Kiran Thomas joined our hospital eight years ago, she is a hardworking, dedicated and multiskilled nurse, described by her in charge and colleagues as "The Helpful Soldier" who is always there to give a hand for anyone who needs help. She has a smile that spreads positivity all around the workplace. She was nominated nine times by her patients and their families, yet it wasn't about the number of times she was nominated, it was more about the difference she was able to make in these patients' experiences. The stories shared were real evidence that "It doesn't matter what you do, what matters is how you do it!!". My nurse is cooperative and helpful, she is always by my side during my stay whenever I need her. She assisted me in coming out of bed, she assisted me in having my meals, she even made tea for me. She makes my bed, she assists me to the washroom as I was very weak and she waits for me, she really helps me out. She checks on me and my baby, she advises me not to think too much, she advises me to sleep more, she walks with me, she helps me to sleep and even pulls the blanket on me. She is so polite and most importantly is that I never wait for her, she is always available. While doing the CTG of my baby, she checks the graph, checks the sound and even she sits beside me and check the movement of the baby. I really find her so helpful not only with me but with all the other patients as well. I would be very happy of you to recognize her endless efforts to make patients comfortable and relaxed, her efforts must be appreciated.

This was my first time giving birth and Kiran treated me with great care and patience. She fed me when I was very weak and couldn't help myself when I was in pain she was very very caring and helpful.
