I'm really touched and moved with the great care and compassion that I received from your nurses and other staff personnel. One of them really stands out. Her name is Emely. She's young enough to be my daughter and each time she comes, she has these vibes of energy and positivity. She was truly happy to see me doing better and took her time cleaning my tracheostomy tube really gently especially that it was just my 2nd day at that time and too sensitive but waited. She made sure that while cleaning my T-tube, she was letting me know on what she was doing. I remember, she spent like 45 minutes doing it early morning, she was very thorough and professional and with sympathetic look. I also would like to thank the nurses who treated me well both professionally and with compassion: Emely, and to all that I don't remember, thank you. Really appreciate you guys!
