On my first night in the hospital, a day prior to my procedure, I was alone in my room but I didn't feel like it because Lei ensured that she was always around and ready to help. She has demonstrated exceptional service, visiting me and checking on me even if we already had another assigned nurse on duty. She exhibited commitment to her service, heartfelt and true customer care and genuine love for her profession. She clearly demonstrated how she meets the criteria of a DAISY Nurse.

Her energy is contagious. She was always smiling and even made diaper change fun! She made Mommy smile even on those days when she was feeling tired from being at the hospital. Lei's cheerfulness and jokes helped Mommy deal with the boredom at the hospital which is such a huge help in keeping Mom's spirits high.

Lei is very funny and accommodating. She never makes us feel that we are in the hospital. She is one of the reasons why we are not stressed out. Especially because we are facing financial problems. She also makes sure that Mama is okay and always checks on us to see if we are okay. I love how she deals with us. She makes us feel that we are her family. I know we all have a bad or maybe some problems, but we never saw it on her. She was happy too. To Lei, thank you for everything. We hope we meet again but not in the hospital. Keep it up.
