Due to ongoing abdominal pain, I went to Al Khor hospital for a check-up and investigation. When I arrived at check-in, I went to pull out my health card and realized my wallet was missing, including my identification and health card. The registration clerk referred me to the case management office for assistance, where I was introduced to Ms. Wafaa.
Wafaa took control of the situation, first helping me to obtain a new health card, before taking me to the radiology department and lab, to complete all the investigations that the doctor had ordered for me.
The entire time Wafaa kept a smile on her face and provided me with emotion support, which really helped ease my pain. Wafaa was patient with me, answering all of my questions, which made me very happy about the nursing service provided and their superior communication.
In addition to all of the help Wafaa provided, she also helped me financially as I lost my money as well. I know that much of what Wafaa did is not her job, but she did it anyway. Wafaa is a great person and a great nurse, for whom I am very thankful.
