The past 13 days in Neuro/Surgical ICU have been very difficult for me and my children. The feeling of helplessness was assuaged by the Doctor and the nurses who gave comfort with kind words of support. The best nurse among many who took care of my husband is Nurse Prince Ngaosi. He was caring beyond what was called for especially when my husband's medical situation was so unstable. After doing the necessary steps to deal with my husband's critical medical need, Nurse Prince would take the time to explain in terms I could understand, answer all my questions and would reassure me that everything my husband needed was being addressed. Nurse Prince is caring and gentle and took care of my husband like he would his own father.

My grandfather was admitted to the NCCU for nearly 5 days. Although all of the bedside nurses assigned are truly compassionate and provided the needed management for my grandfather, we noticed that Nurse Prince always extend his help even though he was not the nurse assigned to us. My family and I really appreciate the concern and help he provided. He was genuine - we are so grateful to every nurse of this institution. All of them are truly commendable. Thank you!
