Jym provided extraordinary clinical skills and unselfish render of service when he selflessly offered to perform IV insertion to me despite the fact that I am reputed to be a patient with very small veins and even the best "sharpshooter" fails to insert an IV line on me. Jym so kindly offered to do it himself because I was in severe pain. He quietly and successfully inserted the IV line. He showed much care and confidence in performing his duty. His display of "leadership of oneself" is commendable.

Jym showed many times his dedication to his work and renders service beyond the call of duty. He gave me very effective suggestions that made my stay at the hospital very comfortable and cost-effective. One time I was very much in pain and couldn't excrete my urine through a diaper. He readily suggested a commode chair which will only be paid per day. It was such a relief even if it was only for the day after my spinal surgery.
He also gave suggestions on how best my room could be organized with the provision of a table. I felt his sincere and profound sense of helping without having to have any monetary benefits to himself. He also volunteered to do many things such as MRI schedule, consult with a doctor to ease my doubts and pains, suggest hospital services that will ease my troubles and pains.
All of these exemplify that his priority is to provide unselfish service to his patients and to his patient's families as well. His core value to serve is much aligned to his profession as a registered nurse.

Jym is an extraordinary person. He was assigned to be my nurse and was always happy to assist me in keeping me comfortable during my stay at St Luke's. He was always on time giving my prescribed medicines and very attentive. He always assisted me when I needed help. He always contacted my doctors when I was not comfortable.
For example, when my blood sugar was high, he immediately contacted the doctor. He comforted me when I was not feeling well many times. He gave me instructions from my doctor about what I should do and what not to do to make me comfortable. Jym is a very neat person. He always wore very neat pants and shirts.
