Before the urology surgeon arrived, the atmosphere in the room was such that the 2 male nurses and Nurse Dawn were very engaged in making me well prepared for the procedure. One of the things I remember was Dawn doing the IV insertion. It did not hurt, and she just said that anesthesia would be in the bottle and would enter my body through the entry of the injection on my hand. Also, she made me not feel uptight by telling me about her baby girl while she was looking at the monitor. This really made me smile.

Dawn was very accommodating and assistive. She helped assist my family while I was undergoing my procedure. Her IV insertion went well., I didn't feel anything. Dawn is highly recommended. Dawn very quick to respond to my needs and very informative. She explained the procedure very professionally and explained what to expect after the procedure with a very soothing voice.
