Ms. Phattira does everything to keep patients safe. Paying attention to the needs and comfort of patients is her top priority.
On the first day she worked, I was very glad to know that Nicky (Ms.Phattira) is a new nurse who graduated from the same university as me. It's been a long time since I didn't have colleagues from my university. Nicky possesses extensive knowledge and is so versatile. She is also good at computer systems. When it comes to Information Technology, I always get help from her. She is straightforward and sincere. She is usually assigned to take care of bedridden patients who are confused and need feeding through a Naso-gastric tube. She truly cares for her patients. She always performs patients' oral hygiene by herself. Clearly, she does not do only her routine work, but she goes the extra mile to take care of patients like her own family. Her generosity has always impressed me.

Ms. Phattira loves her profession as a nurse. She does everything to keep patients safe. Paying attention to the needs and comfort of patients is her top priority. She never hesitates to "Stop the Train" when there are any concerns. She would immediately warn her colleagues if they didn't comply with nursing standards or policies. She would educate or give advice to her colleagues to do the right thing. In case she's not in the position to warn her colleagues, she would escalate the concern to her direct supervisor.
Regarding her nursing practice, she always provides gentle nursing care. Many of our patients and their families have expressed their appreciation to her. They feel confident when they're under her care. She anticipates patients' needs in both clinical and non-clinical concerns. She then hands over the information to members of the multidisciplinary team and other staff to develop an appropriate treatment plan and assistance. Physicians usually request for their patients to be admitted to ward 5H because they have high confidence in the staff of ward 5H. Ms. Phattira is a team player and is more than willing to take the role of instructor and "Super User" for a new computer system. She never complains about having to work hard. She always does everything that is beneficial for patients, families, and colleagues in order to deliver the best possible care to patients.

I am grateful for the amazing job the nursing staff offers in Building H in Bangkok Hospital. Here I would like to mention the outstanding efforts presented by nurse Phattira. She is very gentle with my mother, communicating in an excellent way with the escort, explaining things when asked in a simple and direct way. I noticed she is very dedicated to her job. Although she is on the night shift, this doesn't stop her from performing at a high level. She suctioned my mother in a comfortable way and very carefully with no problems. I wish her all the best in her career, I am sure the hospital is proud to have somebody like her on their team.
