Vanessa is very accommodating and helpful to patients and always solved patient's problems when being approached even if she is very busy. She accommodated 2 patients in Surgery Nurse Clinic who came without appointments because post-operative dressings were soaked. I approached her personally and without any hesitation accepted both patients. Patients came from outside Jeddah and instead of sending patient to EMS she managed to accommodate them in order to make their life easy and even extended her time. Patient was given regular follow-up.

Similar situation again happened just today in which a similar patient has fluid collection (Seroma) post-mastectomy who came without appointment due to pain and swelling of the post-operative site. The doctor doesn't have clinic that day, she accepted the patient in Nurse Clinic and called the doctor to assess the patient. Fluid Aspiration done and the patient was relieved from pain.
