"First and foremost, this is the first time I was a patient in the hospital, and most of the time, I go to visit relatives and friends in the hospital. I believe JanJan is exceptional because he exudes a cheerful disposition wherein when you see him, you don't feel you are sick. He is always there on my call; can explain everything clearly, and if not, he he will return with an answer. His treatment of patient is like relative; and for so much nurses that I've seen and observed, he is so confident (exceptional) about his work, and that you know he loves his work with passion and for patients to get well fast. Though my sickness is not the super serious one, I think my first hospital experience has proven that staying in St. Luke's is not as bad as I think, and because JanJan is part of the happy moment in my stay because he made me feel I am staying in a hotel."
