She worked very hard to cover the unit while the Head Nurse was away. She is always willing to go an extra mile for us.
Rose is dedicated and goes beyond her role to ensure A-2 functions normal day to day. She stays at work late and comes in on days off to ensure the staff is taken care of, puts other’s needs before her own.
She is always concerned about patient safety. She always checks ID bands for patients, and IV tubing labeling. She advocates for patients, demonstrates empathy even sympathy as she cries with the patients.
She always demonstrates excellent in interpersonal skills and administrative skills as she will help every nurse who needs administrative help.
She really needs the criteria for information in all the ways.

Rose has all the criteria to be nominated for this award. Her devotion to her nursing career really shows, even if she is working in our unit as CNC, she is willing to spend most of her time helping the staff, listening to any concerns from patients family and relatives.
Everybody loves her, she is approachable and very caring, she supports us in all family and social concerns.
She is very sincere, ever willing to spend time to listen to either patient or staff member. She is proactive. While on her way home one day, she saw a discharged patient being helped into a car. She helped them, but they all failed as the patient could not sit in the car so she called B-1 and sent the patient back to B-1 in a stretcher for them to organize proper transport for the patient, E-ambulance, she was a real hero!
