Susana is a very calm person, loves her job and knows how and when help is needed.
Many instances, I notice that she is always there for patients and for her colleagues. When I came to the hospital she guided me, educated me on what a mother must do especially in dealing with the first timer, also I noticed that she was really taking care of them, like she is the real mother. With teary eyes, I'm so blessed having a responsible nurse like her, who is so comforting in many ways.
