My mother stayed in the hospital for 4 months after a surgical operation. One night, during her shift, Helxine saw my mother crying and depressed because of her lengthy stay in the hospital. She started crying with her and said to her, "You are like my mother, please don't cry, you are okay now and I will not leave the room until I see you smiling and laughing." Then, she started imitating clowns and other things to encourage my mother to laugh, I will never ever forget what she did because my mother smiled and laughed again.
I praised God when I saw my mother happy and I thanked the nurse. I gave her two packs of chocolate and really, she deserves more than this! Nursing is a human career not only a career to earn money!
