Ms. Amal is a well organized and productive staff member and highly qualified in her performance that she never fails to amaze anybody who comes to the unit to make rounds. She is the type of person who always keeps a smile on her face amidst all the pressure she faces day by day. In addition, she is very cooperative with all the medical teams and capable of making the right decisions in an emergency situation.
She is a person whom any family could trust. She has that aura that anybody could feel whenever you are with her. She never hesitates to help patients whether they're in a wheelchair or patients in labor by her smile, words of encouragement and/or by holding their hands through labor contractions. She carries more than her share of tasks, but you will never hear a complaint.
She talks to patients to divert their attention from the labor pains they're experiencing while at the same time making them feel comfortable and relaxed. She will stay at the patient's side to give support and reassurance.
What is amazing is that Ms. Amal is always alert and well equipped in an emergency situation. She is knowledgeable with high-quality skills and she is extraordinary in her many little ways.
Ms. Amal is hardworking, responsible, approachable and compassionate about her job. She is always willing to lend a helping hand. She's great in everything that she does. She's ready to expand her scope of service which makes her flexible. She's a hero.
