He is an excellent team leader in the Pain Clinic, highly organized, quality driven, very supportive, empathetic, and good mannered, thinks before he speaks, protects his staff and always willing to assist.
He collaborates well and has developed excellent relations with the multidisciplinary team and his colleagues hold him in high esteem. He is a great resource, always looking for ways to improve the clinic and very efficient in managing the operation of the clinic. We feel very comfortable when he is around and patients are always looking for him when they present themselves in the clinic. His devotion and dedication to the needs of the patients is commendable and strongly advocates for the patients. As Medical/Pain clinic is a very dynamic area with many subspecialties, Shadi is resilient, has optimal knowledge, skills and attitude to work in any area. His attendance reliability and performance is exemplary.
He is proactive in unit activities related to Informatics and Research and he is very creative, innovative and with us being Magnet Recognized, he will definitely ensure the mission, vision and values of the organization is upheld. He is always striving to provide optimal care to patients with good outcomes.

Updated the Herman Miller and Pharmacy Floor stock to improve cost savings and decrease waste.
