Shadi is a highly committed professional, dynamic, dedicated to his work and goes beyond his job requirements to ensure patients are well taken care of, "a total nurse performer" is how one of his colleagues describe him. He is an excellent team leader in the Pain Clinic, highly organized, quality driven, very supportive, empathetic, and good mannered, thinks before he speaks, protects his staff and always willing to assist.

He collaborates well and has developed excellent relations with the multidisciplinary team and his colleagues hold him in high esteem. He is a great resource, always looking for ways to improve the clinic and very efficient in managing the operation of the clinic. We feel very comfortable when he is around and patients are always looking for him when they present themselves in the clinic. His devotion and dedication to the needs of the patients is commendable and strongly advocates for the patients. As Medical/Pain clinic is a very dynamic area with many subspecialties, Shadi is resilient, has optimal knowledge, skills and attitude to work in any area.
