Faka is extremely kind and friendly when dealing with her patients and family. Her work ethic is impeccable, and she has a lovely attitude towards her work, creating a pleasant environment.
I experienced this firsthand when my brother was admitted port Road Traffic Accident (RTA) with severe head injuries. Faka took care of him like he was her own son, always friendly and compassionate. She also helped him and motivated him to the point he eventually spoke a few words. As he had a tracheostomy, this was a big achievement for him. We as a family are so grateful that he had a nurse like Faka taking care of him. She truly is an Extraordinary Nurse.
