From stepping into the shoes of a manager in a crisis to precepting the new nurse manager of the unit, being a team leader and such an inspiration to all or just being a friend and offering a sympathetic ear and wise words to all around her; I cannot imagine another more deserving individual to receive this special Award. Zhe makes Medical Ward a place where everyone feels positive and ready to do so much more. She truly is the driving force behind the team and my right hand. They say that a perfect employee is someone who is able to inspire and motivate her manager just as much as her manager is supposed to motivate her. Zhe does just that. I am so grateful for the way in which she always inspires and motivates me. Being a manager is easy for me because of this special staff member. I am especially thankful for her positive efficient, supportive and inspiring attitude. She always goes beyond her call of duty.
I cannot possibly put into words how much I appreciate Zhe. She is not only such an excellent employee but also a very dear member of her team. I hold her in the highest regard. She has a high standard for perfection towards her patients and expects nothing less! She leads by example and motivates everyone around her to do better by always setting the highest standard for herself. She is respected by her colleagues, admired by her doctors and valued by her managers. I trust that this little token of appreciation will show her how grateful we are for her tireless efforts.
