Ever since Mr. Muath Jomah Mohammad of the Wound Care Management Unit was servicing our unit, we have known him to be extra dedicated to his work.
There was no time that he did not respond to our call, he not only responds, but he does so very quickly. He is very welcoming with our requests and responds without hesitation. What is more admirable with him, whenever he does the procedure he is highly focused and even if the wound is too complicated to look at or with a very foul smell, he does not show any sign of disgust on his face. He also inspires us because even to a very complicated case, he never loses hope that the patient will recover. Most of the cases he handled have recovered, even the most highly complicated case. Behind those successes were his sacrifices of regular visits and follows up beyond his duty hours.
He is very competent and handles complicated and difficult cases with confidence because he is knowledgeable and highly skilled. Whenever he is with a patient, he does not rush with his care, even if that means it will take him more than an hour for each patient. He also shows patience to the mothers' questions and provides the needed health teachings proficiently. Moreover, he is also resourceful. If stocks run out of supply in our hospital he sources out from other hospitals just to make sure that the needs of the patients are met. Mr. Muath is very well known in our hospital and most speak highly of his strong dedication to work.
