Marc exudes positivity and happiness in every interaction with families, patients, and colleagues. He influences all of us on 5A to be better nurses by promoting excellence and research into our practice through his commitment to RN council, Practice Council, and Work-Life. He delivers compassionate, culturally sensitive care consistently, and forms strong therapeutic relationships with patients and families. He disseminates new knowledge to others by precepting new staff and through his RN council/Practice Council. When I start my shift and see his smile, I know I have a supportive, dedicated colleague who I can count on and that means so much to me.

I have known Marc for almost 4 years now and he is truly a fantastic nurse. His compassion for his patients and ability to be the best team player for the Dream Team here on 5A is second to none. The kids on our ward love him and our team wouldn't be the same without him. Marc's ability to form bonds with the kids on our ward is unforgettable. His excellence as our RN Council Rep has only further shown us his extraordinary commitment to this hospital. In my short time here at Sick Kids, I have come to find that Marc is most definitely an amazing role model for me and our entire nursing team.

Marc is our RN council representative. He went above and beyond during nursing week to make sure that we as nurses are recognized and appreciated. He brings energy and fun to the workplace which creates a great morale to our unit. He is also a kind and compassionate nurse who really cares for his patients.
