Laarni is a wonderful staff we have the pleasure of working within the Neonatal Intensive care Unit (NICU). She deeply cares for the babies that she works with.
Laarni always does her best to be able to comfort and support the baby with her soft touch and serving good developmental care. She extraordinarily supports the families that countless times are scared and frustrated from baby's condition by calming them and explaining everything in a kind and unique way.
Likewise, she respects the cultural and religious beliefs and needs of the parents towards the treatment of their baby. Always she helps the parents to get a suitable environment to calm down, read the Holy Quran while maintaining and supporting a good mother position which reflects in a calm and wonderful feeling to the baby.
Laarni incessantly understands and listens to the parents and goes above and beyond to help to solve their issues to meet the goal of excellence centered care and patient advocacy. She does it so through the excellent communication skills she owns.
In NICU, times can be challenging and emotionally draining because we work with very critically ill babies. Laarni is talented and creative. She has skills that help her on having the soft smile all the time, even under stressful times. This always reflects on other nurses and healthcare professional's performance. Thank you, Laarni.
