I would like to recognize Ms. Frishian Daludado Tumolva, I have seen her be hit and shouted at by her patient with a psychiatric illness. A difficult situation but she is calm, alert and aware of those patients under the care of others. She makes sure that the patients stay safe because she has a sense of responsibility and kindness in her heart. This patient is agitated, restless and fighting with all the staff in the unit but Frishian is compassionate and kind to her patient. She never shows she is angry with the patient even though he hit her.
Frishian is in the position where everyone else thinks she should know how to fix their problems, and most of the time she does. She has a knack for helping to calm anxious or agitated patients with dedication in her work that is empathetic to their concerns without compromising her patients. She was able to talk with everyone about difficult issues in a thorough, compassionate, respectful and direct way. She always has the utmost grace and composure and never missed a single point of medical or emotional care. She is an outstanding, highly reliable and motivated staff, she exhibits great competence and timelines in the performance of her job, not only executes her duties efficiently and with grace, but also she routinely takes initiative to inspire her colleagues as well as the patients in most appropriate methods to accomplish her tasks. Indeed, she is not afraid to tackle the most complex and complicated issues.

Ms. Frishian Tumolva is one mymost dedicated staff members. She takes initiative and responsibility. She has kindness in her heart. In fact, I consider her as a perfect example of the dedicated staff of mine. She has a sense of humanity and tenderness in the warmest and deepest image. Being her head nurse I want to thank her for all that she is doing, especially in the situations where we encountersome anxious, agitated, restless and problematic patients. There are times we face a shortage of nurses. In these very busy and stressful situations, she will handle patients more than the ideal ratio but she will never complain.
She motivates and inspires everybody around her. She is always concerned that the patient will receive treatment and you will never see her angry. She has never refused any assignment given to her and also she is professional with everybody.
She's a great example of dedication and loyalty in her work.
