I really appreciate the skill and knowledge of her noticing on referred into BI of the patient who had ICD. Their chest pain with remaining collapsed lung had not improved since arrival. She reported to attending doctor about wondering of perforation of GI tract because she observed the content from ICD seems like oily mucous and food in a large amount. Attending doctor agreed with her then CT provided to this case and her doubt is right, the patient got repair of perforation of esophagus soon after that reported and saved the life of the patient.
