We are tourists and my husband suddenly fell ill on the way to Bangkok. The staff in the ER were very attentive to my husband. While we werewaiting for his blood test results his symptoms got worse. Phatraporn Suthongsachatri responded immediately to every problem; she brought icepacks & cold towels for his fever, she organized extra medication when he had a bad headache, she got the doctor when he became delirious and she got a blanket when he was cold. She kept us informed of everything that was happening, she was very approachable and very gentle with my husband. Phatraporn's service was excellent as has been ourexperience at Bumrungrad.
