Joelle's smile and happy face spreads positive energy in the Pre-Admission Unit.
Holding a master's in business administration, acting as a preceptor and a mentor for new nursing staff, attending sessions seminars and educational offerings,being a member in the Quality Council, preparing presentations,and revising and updating PAU policies are accomplishments that Joelle does with enthusiasm in order to develop her career. In addition to her ethical attitude in approaching patients and colleagues, she shows empathy and provides emotional support to patients.
