Sadie Katie is the kind of nurse everyone wants to be or wants to have take care of them. She worked as an Advanced care tech while in nursing school and came to 4T after graduation. She immediately jumped right into the team. Sadie has served as charge nurse on her rotation for several months now officially and unofficially for many more before that. She takes time to ease new nurses' nerves as they make their transition from orientation to "real" nurse. It does not matter how busy she is, she stops to help her team catch up and get things sorted out.
4T was recently closed and the staff floated to ICU. Sadie went right with it and did a wonderful job. She routinely does little things to make her patients happy. Her positive attitude keeps everyone afloat during tough times. She works extra so much she practically lives on 4T. She is the heart of her team and I don't know what we would do without her.
