Jessica was very attentive and very compassionate. Anything I asked of her she did it cheerfully. I cannot thank her enough for standing by my side, holding my hand while I was crying. I was already in so much pain because my IV came out, so I couldn't receive my meds. However, we had four different people trying to find somewhere for the new IV. It was after her shift was over and she continued to stay late to hold my hand and help the other nurses. Even before this happened, she was on top of things! I rarely had to use my call button. No matter what, she never sat, and ALWAYS smiled. We had fun conversations. It really made me feel comfortable and like I had a friend. She was able, with conversation and laughs, to make me forget about my pain (a little bit). Thank you for everything!
