Armando has gone above and beyond for me and my family. He cared to ask how we were feeling and wanted to make sure our every need was met. Nurses are truly the comfort of a hospital or facility and I just want to say how above and beyond he went. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all Armando has done. Armando made us feel like we were part of his family. The concern he showed not only for my dad, who was the patient, but also for my 87-year-old mother, was fantastic. He kept us informed and met any request we had with a big smile on his face. He is an example of what a great nurse is: nursing skill and compassion. He is a real asset to this facility.
