John is the very person you want for a teammate. He is hard-working, generous, thoughtful, positive, and very smart. He has stayed late many times to help out other team members in the name of patient safety and satisfaction.

John goes out of his way to always say hello, ask how we are all doing and is caring. He is kind, makes others feel important, and treats all staff as a team. On my surgery day, he was singing, making jokes, and making me feel not scared for my surgery. I also want to thank him for helping all of the CNAs on the med surge floor during COVID-19 downtime. He does his job as an RN but is also willing to help any staff member regardless if we are in any position. I feel he is a very extraordinary nurse by his work ethic, making others feel important, he is always positive, and just his caring nature. Thank you for being a great nurse, co-worker, and awesome person. Keep up the good work.
